What to Expect at a Meeting

You’ll begin with your Icebreaker Speech, introducing yourself to the group, and move through proven steps to gain mastery.

Do I have to speak at my first meeting?

Not at all. You can attend as a guest and just observe.

How much does it cost to join?

Dues are approximately $60 every 6 months, plus a one-time $25 new member fee. Dues are prorated depending on when you join.

What’s included in my membership?

Access to Toastmasters International, weekly speaking opportunities, leadership training, evaluations, contests, and mentorship.

I’m nervous. Is this really for me?

Yes! Toastmasters was built for people who feel nervous, anxious, or shy about public speaking.
